We have ended up with an awesome home of best craftsmanship, quality finishing and fittings. Kim Bennett has constructed a house that has maximized the advantage of the site and worked well with the building materials selected. More new homes need to emphasis environmental features to save on energy use, both in the selection of materials during construction and to minimize energy use for the home owner to live. Claire and I cannot speak highly enough of Kim's workmanship, attention to detail and desire to do a really good job. We have had no hesitation in recommending Kim to others venturing into the home building process. Kim Bennett was extremely approachable and informative throughout the entire process. It was a huge defy to make the worn part of the building transition well with the new extension but nothing was too difficult for Kim. The project moved along without issue and both the developer and tenant were well informed by Kim along the way with regular site meetings.
