Yates Menswear offers two types of Return scenarios on all items. All Faulty Goods returns must be received back to us as soon as possible. Express Postage satchels are preferable, as they present a track and trace feature. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any returned goods do actually come back into our store. All Faulty Good returns should be returned with as much of the ingenious packaging as possible.
